The Hotel Pfister was originally built in 1912 by Adolf Pfister and remains one of the most striking buildings on Rushville’s main street. While it no longer accepts overnight guests, the hotel continues to draw visitors who admire its unique architecture and impressive size. Today it stands as a treasured piece of local history. The current owner who is the great niece of Adolf Pfister is actively working to restore the building to its former glory and preserve its legacy for future generations.
